Deliver with your own riders, and let customers follow them
Give an online order to one of your riders. Their phone shows the way to the customer's pin, and the customer watches them come on a map, like a ride app.

Installation guide
Set up in five minutes

Add your rider in ShelfWise
Open Online orders → Riders, add the rider's name and phone, and tap Pair phone to get a code.

Install the app on the rider's phone
Scan the QR code with the rider's phone, or send them the link on WhatsApp. It's an Android app of about 38 MB.

Allow the install
Android asks before installing apps from outside Google Play. Tap Settings, turn on Allow from this source, go back and tap Install.
If Play Protect says the app is unknown, tap More details, then Install anyway.

Connect it
The rider opens the app and types the six-number code. Their deliveries appear straight away.

Allow location while delivering
When the rider taps Picked up, the app asks for location. Choose While using the app. It only shares the location while an order is on its way.

Keep it running with the screen off
Tecno, Infinix and itel: in Phone Master, turn on Auto-start for ShelfWise Rider. Samsung and others: set its battery use to Unrestricted.

Keep it up to date
It checks shelfwise.co.ke for a new version. When one is ready, a bar appears at the bottom of the app: tap Update, then Update again when Android asks. The first time, Android asks you to allow installs from the app once.
A copy installed before 23 October 2026 can't be updated. Uninstall it (press and hold the app, then Uninstall), install it again from this page and pair it with a new code. Later updates install normally.
Riders need mobile data while delivering, so their position reaches the customer.
