Point of sale for hotels, restaurants and cafés
Open a table, add what the customer orders, send it to the kitchen on a printed ticket and take payment when they’re done — by cash, M-Pesa or card. Every waiter sees the same open orders.

What you get
Set up for hotels & restaurants from the first day
Tables and takeaway orders
Open an order for a table, a takeaway or a customer’s name. Add rounds as they order; the bill keeps adding up.
Kitchen tickets
One tap prints only the new items for the kitchen, with notes like “no pepper”. Items already sent are marked so nothing is cooked twice.
Bills and payment
Print the bill for the table, then take payment by cash, M-Pesa or card. Each payment is a sale with a receipt you can print or send on WhatsApp.
Waiters and control
Several waiters work at once on phones or tablets. Once food has gone to the kitchen, only an owner or manager can change or cancel it, and that is recorded.
A menu that doesn’t need counting
Dishes made to order sell without stock. Drinks and ingredients you buy in can still count stock and warn you before they run out.

Your overview shows open tables and what they owe, today’s sales and your best sellers.

Questions
Common questions
Does it work for a hotel with rooms?
ShelfWise runs the restaurant, bar and café side of a hotel: tables, kitchen tickets, bills and payments. It doesn’t handle room bookings or check-in yet.
Can several waiters use it at the same time?
Yes. Orders are kept online, so every phone or tablet sees the same open tables and they refresh every few seconds. Taking orders needs an internet connection.
Do I need a special printer?
No. Kitchen tickets, bills and receipts print on an ordinary 58 mm or 80 mm receipt printer, or any printer the device can use.
